We are seeking a Day Technician with a strong background in water treatment systems and a proven track record in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of water systems in commercial environments. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on water treatment systems for a high-end corporate site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine water treatment and chemical dosing checks
- Conduct water sampling and analysis, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on water systems
- Monitor water quality, including temperature, pH, and chlorine levels
- Oversee water treatment plant rooms and equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Manage water system disinfection processes, including legionella control
- General Building maintenance electrical or mechanical: AHUs, FCUs, BMS systems etc.
- General Plumbing Maintenance & small works

Requirements:
- Relevant water treatment qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or L8 Legionella Awareness or similar)
- 4+ years of experience in building services & maintenance
- Proven track record in commercial water treatment
- Strong knowledge of water hygiene, cooling towers, and legionella control
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
