About the Role
As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will:

Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, mentoring junior engineers and fostering professional growth.
Develop innovative design solutions across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure.
Oversee client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the consultancy.
What We're Looking For

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will hold a degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (MEng or equivalent preferred).
As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will have Chartered Engineer status (MIStructE or MICE).
As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will bring proven leadership and team management skills.
As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will demonstrate strong technical expertise in structural analysis and design software.
