Civil EngineerHousing Developer - Exeter£38,000 - £48,000Company CarAn exciting vacancy has arisen with a leading housebuilder in their Exeter office. You would be working alongside the Engineering Manager and the wider team to deliver a high-standard design.You will be supported with full training (if applicable), great progression and a leading remuneration package.Duties:

• Assisting in the production of site appraisals.
• Developing road and sewer designs with the approving bodies in order to solve all associated engineering issues.
• Preparing/Co-ordinating detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs, external levels drawings and private drainage drawings
• Briefing and managing the Foundation Design Consultant.
• Assembling and delivering the civil engineering package.
• Obtaining and completing Section 38 and Section 104 approvals.
• Assisting in the discharge of engineering related planning conditions.

The ideal candidate would have experience within a consultancy of house builder, with solid civil engineering experience - especially with S278, 38 and 104 agreements.Ideal software experience includes AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and PDS.In return:
