Reporting to the Director of Public Works, the Water Resources Manager is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and management of the Water Resources Division of the Public Works Department.  The duties of the position include but are not limited to, providing engineering, technical guidance, administration, planning, and support services for the Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed Water, and Stormwater Utilities; coordination of water resource and development issues; development of Utility Capital Improvement projects and associated rates/connection fees; education and conservation programs; and comprehensive plan administration (e.g., Utility Comprehensive plans) and implementation. The City Water Utility serves approximately 81,000 customers, and the Wastewater Utility serves approximately 61,000 customers. 

May serve as the Acting Public Works Director in the absence of the director.
