Supports the O&M Engineer, O&M Manager, and the COO in monitoring and reporting in Operations and Maintenance activities
Helps to prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports on Roadway Operations and Maintenance Department performance and activities
Reviews consultant prepared plans, specifications, contract documents and reports
Prepares in-house maps, analyses, reports, and studies
Prepares in-house design plans, specifications and contract documents
Supervises field project inspections during quarterly quality inspections, or as needed
Manages all utility crossing permits, liaising with Utilities and utilities department of TxDOT
Maintains current server folders to ensure information is up to date, including the following; Operations Manuals, Highway Capacity Manuals, AASHTO – Design Manuals – Bridges, Roadway Geometrics Drainage, Utility Permit Procedures
Assists the Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the review and approval of all plans, reports, payments, and change orders for contracts
Maintains asset inventory and files for all construction records for the toll road
Assures completeness and accuracy of information recorded in the maintenance management information system(s)
Assists the Senior Infrastructure Engineer preparing Asset Damages Cost Summaries
Perform other job-related duties as needed
