The City of Frisco is seeking a Professional Engineer to perform professional traffic engineering work as listed in the job description. The candidate for this position will be asked to focus on professional traffic engineering work related to traffic signal operations, ITS operations and transportation safety. The candidate will assist with the operation of Frisco's state of the art traffic management center. The preferred candidate will have previous experience creating traffic signal timing plans, operating a traffic signal and ITS system, and analyzing crash data. A candidate with only an Engineer-In-Training certificate will be considered for the position.
