Civil Engineer/Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience focused on primarily civil site development and stormwater projects. We require a versatile, multi-talented candidate that has a strong work ethic, enjoys taking on responsibility, excels at client service, works independently as well as part of a team, and is motivated to perform high quality work.
Experience must include:
familiarity in applying regulations and codes;
knowledge of civil site design and permitting;
storm water management and treatment;
experience with Low Impact Development Designs;
working knowledge with HydroCAD or equivalent;
AutoCAD and Civil Design/Civil 3D experience;
AutoTURN, or equivalent, experience;
preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs);
preparation of Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans;
preparation of design plans and technical figures;
data assessment and report preparation;
assistance with writing proposals;
preparation of technical specifications;
preparation and administration of bid packages;
construction oversight and contractor management; and
strong technical communication and presentation skills.
Educational and Position requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Professional Engineer registration preferred;
knowledge of federal and state (New England Region) permit regulations;
strong computer skills; and
verbal and written communication skills.
