What Will You Be Doing?
We are recruiting for a permit specialistto join our District 10 office in Bend. The purpose of this position is to receive, review, coordinate and process permit applications to ensure all application materials, needed data and requirements are complied with. As the permit specialist, you will also conduct field inventories and recommend approval or denial of permits. You will coordinate the bonding/insurance process; prepare conditional permits; inspects permitted activities for compliance, completes final inspection, releases bond/insurance; issues permanent permit.

What you Need For This Position:
An associate's degree in engineering technology from a recognized community college or technical school of engineering and four years of experience directly related to engineering;
Five and one-half years (66 months) of sub-professional engineering experience;
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
