Education and/or Experience:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management with in depth knowledge or experience in plastics processing. Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Experience in injection molding tool design a plus.
Responsibilities: The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as required by needs of the company.
Oversee all plant management duties from production planning to building repairs.
Oversee daily production floor routines. Maximize production output.
Review production scheduling to prioritize and direct tooling maintenance and repair activities, including assigning resources as necessary for all PM’s, routine service, and emergency repairs of tooling.
Approaches challenges and decisions logically, with a sense of proportionality and good judgment
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram from and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to be flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment that experiences a high flow of requests potentially impacting initial priorities
