We are actively seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator with fresh ideas, initiative and a positive attitude for immediate employment in our growing Washington, DC office. The preferred candidate will possess 10+ years of experience with a demonstrated knowledge of the A/E/C industry in the DC metro area.
Lead, coordinate and/or complete all Marketing activities for the Washington, DC office including public and private clients throughout the DC metro area
Collaborate with senior technical and marketing leaders to further promote the RK&K brand and reputation
Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Required Education, Skills and Experience
BA or BS in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or related discipline
10+ years of experience developing creative and dynamic proposals and presentations in the A/E/C industry
Proficient with Adobe InDesign desktop publishing software and MS Office software, including PowerPoint. Experience with Prezi or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus
Experience coordinating, preparing, organizing, composing and completing standard government format and custom proposals, including conducting team coordination
Demonstrated proficiency with technical writing, review and proofreading of materials for content and grammar, and style
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with a variety of technical staff and meet multiple concurrent deadlines
Strong communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Experience maintaining database/CRM systems, such as Deltek Vision
