Under general direction, plan, direct and coordinate professional engineering services in the areas of municipal and utility construction, engineering services and the City's traffic engineering functions by supervising professional engineering staff and acts on the City's behalf as the City Traffic Engineer.
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and four (4) years professional traffic engineering experience as a Registered Professional Engineer, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Licenses and Certificates: Valid Texas Professional Engineer License, or equivalent transferable from another state which must be converted to Texas Registration within one (1) year following appointment. Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent issued by another state.
