What we’re looking for: Talented and highly motivated Project Manager(s) / Senior Engineer(s) to join our growing Oregon and Southwest Washington operations. These roles will collaborate within our management team to proactively support projects and provide client development and project management. You will be a part of our project management team and help us mentor our stellar junior staff, grow our business and just have fun. These positions can be remote, work out of our Salem, Oregon office, or any combination of the two.
The right candidate will need at least eight years of relevant experience, a B.S. degree in civil engineering or a related field, and have an Oregon or Washington professional engineer license (or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire). You also need experience in project management including contract negotiation, fee development, and schedule management/project delivery. We need self-starters who can work both independently and in a team environment.

Transportation projects including planning, final design, cost estimation, and construction for transportation planning and system analysis / modeling / geometric evaluation; Roundabouts; Trails; Bridges and structures; ADA compliance; City roads, local and state
Working with local and state agencies such as ODOT, WSDOT, PBOT, WFLHD, or Washington County is a bonus.
