Janssen & Spaans Engineering (JSE), headquartered in Indianapolis, IN with Branch offices in Columbus, IN, Miami, FL, and BD in Montreal, CA is comprised of over 55 staff. JSE has significant experience in the many aspects of complex bridge design, rehabilitation, construction engineering and project management. JSE has a 40+ year history of offering quality engineering services to governmental agencies throughout the United States. Our experienced transportation staff includes registered professional engineers, registered structural engineers, and certified construction inspectors. JSE has registered professional engineers in 40 States and 4 Canadian Provinces. We provide a comprehensive range of professional engineering services to both the private and public sectors which includes road, bridge, traffic, drainage and other related design services for any type and complexity of transportation improvement projects.JSE is especially proud of our success and involvement in Design-Build (DB) and Public-Private Partnership Projects (P3). We have teamed with major contractors and consulting firms on large, complex DB and P3’s. To date, we have provided design services for over 30 DB and P3’s projects totaling over $10 billion in construction cost.
