We are looking for an individual who wants to advance their career by leading and expanding the capabilities of a growing Kansas transportation group. With a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of highway / roadway design and project management experience, you will lead team members to successfully complete construction documents for highway and roadway systems. As a Transportation Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing projects, expanding the capabilities of the team, and growing the business. The ideal candidate has strong relationships with the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) and other Kansas transportation agencies and has served as Project Manager on Kansas transportation projects. This individual can work out of either our Topeka or Wichita office depending on candidate preference. After initial onboarding, training, and integration, we are open to a flexible remote work schedule.
