								<description>PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania,  Position Summary  
 Responsible for the management of clients, technical staff, engineering plans, reports, and permitting.&#xa0; Emerging skills to develop and maintain client relationships, obtain new business from assigned clients, function as task and project manager on select projects, and meet all financial management obligations. Minimum 6 years of job-related experience. 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
 
 Communicative with Senior Program Manager. 
 Ability to communicate in a professional manner both internally as well as externally. 
 Manages project schedule, scope, budgets and deadlines 
 Prepare professional reports, letters and other documents in accordance with company standards 
 Emerging skills in:
 
 New Client/Business development 
 Participation in marketing events 
 Manage development and productivity of assigned staff 
 Manage project invoicing and A/R 
 Public meeting presentations 
 Coordination with review agency representatives 
 Public Bidding Support 
 
 
 Fluent skills in:
 
 Development of multiple projects simultaneously 
 Management of day to day staff and project demands 
 Manage development and productivity of assigned staff 
 New Proposal Preparation 
 Technical Review of Plans, Reports and Specifications 
 
 
 Proficient skills in the following areas: 
 Task delegation 
 Client management 
 Scope and budget tracking and management 
 Technical writing 
 Implementation of Federal, State, County and Local rules and regulations 
 Implementation of company QA/QC procedures 
 Construction Administration 
 Perform and supervise field work and inspections as required 
 Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 
 
 Bachelors degree in Engineering or Engineering related field. 
 OSHA Hazwoper Certification preferred 
 OSHA 10 hour construction safety 
 Professional License(s) preferred (i.e. E., L.L.A., P.P., P.L.S.) 
 Collaborative working style and team-player attitude 
 Positive and encouraging personality 
 Highly motivated with a strong work ethic 
 Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team&#8217;s success 
 Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment 
 Valid drivers license
