 Ability to audit signal, communications, traction power, and OCS

 Execute project performance and budget monitoring &#38; reporting (internally and externally) 
 Serve as an effective interface between client&#39;s project team and consulting team, conveying technical, schedule and financial information in a timely and professional manner 
 Provide supervision during engineering design for entry - level and other mid - level engineering staff 
 
 Skills / Qualifications 
 Required 
 
 BS degree in&#xa0;Engineering in Civil, Chemical, Environmental&#xa0;or other related&#xa0;engineering discipline 
 Engineering degree earned must be eligible as a credential for future Professional Engineering license 
 2 - 8 years related work experience 
 Computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
 Strong technical writing skills 
 Demonstrated verbal communication and technical presentation skills 
 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with the ability / desire to lead tasks 
 Attention to detail 
 Willingness to occasionally work more than 8 hours per day when necessary for project success 
 Ability to read, interpret and apply information on State and Federal technical guidance, and regulations, and compliance determinations 
 Must pass drug test, background check, and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company&#39;s driving (MVR) policy 
 Must have a valid, current Driver&#8217;s License (CA preferred) and must have access to a vehicle for field work purposes 
 Must have access to a personal vehicle for work use and local travel 
 
 Preferred 
 
 Coursework in chemistry, physics, engineering, transport phenomena, fluid mechanics, engineering economics, engineering mathematics, plant design and data collection / analysis. 
 MS degree in Environmental, Chemical or Civil Engineering,&#xa0;or other related&#xa0;engineering field 
 40 - hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (if not, Wood will provide) 
 Engineering&#xa0;in Training (EI)&#xa0;certificate
