Environmental Services Engineering Manager

This is a highly responsible management position overseeing the Engineering/Construction Division in the Environmental Services Department which performs engineering, design, permitting, plan reviews, and inspection of all County Environmental Services projects to include both Utilities and Solid Waste Sections. Provides communication and builds collaborative
relationships between these services and the Director, Administration, Board of County Commissioners, citizens and other internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for staff leadership, development and responsible for the development and management of the Environmental Services Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”) to include budget oversight.
Performs direct and supervisory licensed professional engineering work. This is an Emergency
Essential position that is required to respond as directed during local state of emergency.
